Purchase Restriction：Each order is limited to 6 pieces Seat Type：Please take your seats according to the corresponding tickets in an orderly manner Children Admission Notice：Audience aged 7 and above E-Ticket：Real-Name E-Tickets: Attendees must bring their personal identification (which must match the ID provided during ticket purchase) for entry. At the venue, identity verification will be conducted at security checkpoints through facial recognition, ID, and ticket information. Only when all these match can entry be granted. Standard E-Tickets: These tickets do not require identity registration, such as with an ID card. Entry will be granted upon presenting a QR code as the proof of purchase. E-Ticket to Paper Ticket Exchange: For electronic tickets requiring conversion into physical tickets, attendees must exchange them for paper tickets within the designated time frame.

Notice:

  1. Due to Korean ticketing policies, tickets may be transferred via primary platforms (e.g. NOL World). Buyers must provide a valid receiving account. Failure to respond or provide valid account details may result in order cancellation and a handling fee.
  2. Some tickets require identity/facial verification. The seller will provide an account and assist with the process. Tixbay e-tickets are for order reference only and are not valid for entry. Final admission arrangements are subject to the order notice.
  3. Entry to or exit from Korea may be affected by immigration policies. Please check relevant requirements before placing an order.
  4. Ticket face value is in KRW. Prices are displayed in HKD by default.
  5. International roaming is recommended to ensure timely communication and receipt of ticket-related notifications.
