Purchase Restriction：Each order is limited to 1 pieces Seat Type：Please take your seats according to the corresponding tickets in an orderly manner Children Admission Notice：Adult tickets are required for those over 1.2 meters, while those under 1.2 meters are not allowed to enter E-Ticket：Real-Name E-Tickets: Attendees must bring their personal identification (which must match the ID provided during ticket purchase) for entry. At the venue, identity verification will be conducted at security checkpoints through facial recognition, ID, and ticket information. Only when all these match can entry be granted. Standard E-Tickets: These tickets do not require identity registration, such as with an ID card. Entry will be granted upon presenting a QR code as the proof of purchase. E-Ticket to Paper Ticket Exchange: For electronic tickets requiring conversion into physical tickets, attendees must exchange them for paper tickets within the designated time frame.Deposit Terms & Conditions
① Reservation
The deposit only confirms your reservation and secures your promotional eligibility. It is not a ticket or ticket procurement service, and payment of the deposit does not mean that the ticket has been successfully purchased.
② Final Payment
After the event goes on sale, we will send a “Deposit Received Notification” email. Final payment can then be completed in the App. The final payment may be higher or lower than the ticket face value. The amount shown on the order page shall prevail.
③ Discount
Deposit users will receive an exclusive discount, which will be automatically deducted from the final payment. Each order is eligible once only and cannot be combined with other coupons.
④ Refunds
The deposit can be fully refunded before final payment, with no handling fee. After final payment, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
⑤ Order Information
Final payment information must match the deposit order information; otherwise, order processing or promotional eligibility may be affected.
