Purchase Restriction：Each order is limited to 2 pieces Seat Type：Please take your seats according to the corresponding tickets in an orderly manner Children Admission Notice：Children must enter with tickets. E-Ticket：Real-Name E-Tickets: Attendees must bring their personal identification (which must match the ID provided during ticket purchase) for entry. At the venue, identity verification will be conducted at security checkpoints through facial recognition, ID, and ticket information. Only when all these match can entry be granted. Standard E-Tickets: These tickets do not require identity registration, such as with an ID card. Entry will be granted upon presenting a QR code as the proof of purchase. E-Ticket to Paper Ticket Exchange: For electronic tickets requiring conversion into physical tickets, attendees must exchange them for paper tickets within the designated time frame.Ticket Purchasing Service Fee Notice
As this event requires strict real-name verification and specific ticketing information has not yet been announced, the current purchase is for the “Ticket Purchasing Service Fee” only and does not include the ticket price.
①Service Fee & Additional Payment
The service fee varies by Seated/Floor and is shown on the order page. After the official ticket categories are announced, the platform will send an additional payment link by email before the official sale. Select your preferred ticket category and pay the original ticket price to proceed with the ticket purchase. Orders with overdue payments will not be processed.
②Purchasing Results
The ticket purchasing service does not guarantee 100% successful ticket issuance. The success rate depends on event popularity, ticket availability, ticketing rules, and real-name restrictions. Successful purchases will be notified and arranged for ticket issuance within 1 business day. Successful purchases are non-refundable. If unsuccessful, you may wait for a subsequent round or request a refund.
③Real-Name Information
The purchaser’s name and ID information must match the actual attendee. If incorrect, missing, or incomplete information results in failure to purchase the ticket, complete real-name verification, or enter the venue, the platform will not be able to provide a refund.
④Refund & Cancellation
Personal cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours before or after the ticket purchasing time. Outside this period, you may contact tixbay customer service to request a full refund. If the ticket purchase cannot be completed due to official rule changes, event cancellation, or other reasons beyond the platform’s control, the platform will handle the matter accordingly.

Different countries/regions may require designated ticketing platform accounts, real-name verification, or other requirements. Please cooperate according to customer service instructions. Final ticket issuance time, seat, admission method, and refund/change policies are subject to the organizer and official ticketing platform.
