①Service Fee & Additional Payment
The service fee varies by Seated/Floor and is shown on the order page. After the official ticket categories are announced, the platform will send an additional payment link by email before the official sale. Select your preferred ticket category and pay the original ticket price to proceed with the ticket purchase. Orders with overdue payments will not be processed.
②Purchasing Results
The ticket purchasing service does not guarantee 100% successful ticket issuance. The success rate depends on event popularity, ticket availability, ticketing rules, and real-name restrictions. Successful purchases will be notified and arranged for ticket issuance within 1 business day. Successful purchases are non-refundable. If unsuccessful, you may wait for a subsequent round or request a refund.
③Real-Name Information
The purchaser’s name and ID information must match the actual attendee. If incorrect, missing, or incomplete information results in failure to purchase the ticket, complete real-name verification, or enter the venue, the platform will not be able to provide a refund.
④Refund & Cancellation
Personal cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours before or after the ticket purchasing time. Outside this period, you may contact tixbay customer service to request a full refund. If the ticket purchase cannot be completed due to official rule changes, event cancellation, or other reasons beyond the platform’s control, the platform will handle the matter accordingly.
